About Us

dca054.jpg The Ghost Riders were originally formed in 1996 to compete in the Drum Corps Associates (DCA) “Mini Corps” competition. Since then, this group of dedicated members has been entertaining audiences with their own distinct blend of Drum Corps Music. 2008 will be the 13 consecutive championships appearance for the Ghost Riders, a record that may never be broken.

Along the way, not only have the Ghost Riders won the New York State American Legion Crown, they have also won the prestigious DCA Mini Corps World Championship. The Ghost Riders have been in contention every year, certainly a tribute to their desire to always strive for the best possible performance every time out.
Besides performing at parades and concerts throughout Western New York, the Ghost Riders have performed at various events such as past Mighty St. Joe’s Classics, the North Tonawanda Canal Fest, the America’s Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration in Plymouth, Mass., The Rochester International Marine Tattoo and performances at the Harrisburg Serenade in Brass “MCA championship” and post party activities.
